Default Finally got some Problems , GPU?

SO it's finally happened, my system got some major malfunctions and I really don't know what's going on

First problem:
First noticed is Temperature. Temps went slightly up - by slightly I mean 5C although "within manufacturers operating range' I thought I would list it.

Windows Aero 'no longer supported' Message "Windows Aero is not supported by your graphics device" (or something similar... can't remember per-word)

Games Lag/Stutter isssue. First i thought "new game, higher requirements, normal for my systems age" now it's happening on OLDER games.

Solutions Attempted:
Refresh and Renew. (Format and start C Clean)

Drivers. (12.x didn't seem to work so I reversed and went backward to a working set)

I have Sent the card out to XFX - but they have stated nothing is wrong with it and are sending it back to me. It's been nearly 3 weeks.

What could be the problem? Any Ideas?

If it's "Not the GPU" - then maybe the Slot? Power? anyone have programs to Test PSU, PCI slots, etc?

I need to check this stuff to see if I need a replacement motherboard.

Sadly.. this means If i do - I have to go out-dated Motherboard - or find a rarity that supports all my stuff.

What temperatures are you getting? Get HwMonitor, tell us what your CPU and GPU temps are.
