Fatal Error on startup

On booting the system bios shows the following error
chasis intruded
Fatal Error
sysytem halted

After pressing the reset button on the cabinet system goes well for the day.The next day it will show the error again .

Motherboard :ASUS m3a78EM
Gard Disc : Western Digital 320GB
Processor: AMD Phenome Triple Core
OS : Windows 7
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geeforce 9400GT
2 GB DDR2 RAM

It means your Chassis intrusion switch has been tripped. If you do not have one or have no need to recognize that yours exists go to the bios security options and turn it off and it should stop the error. If you do care about the intrusion switch check to make sure the case is closed, make sure the cover is tight, and make sure the switch is in the right place.

In the bios there should be an option to turn off the chassis intrusion error.
