Fans seem to be running really fast

Hey guys ,
I just put this build together for my brother and I added 3 of these fans http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0026ZPFCK/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details

I put them in this case Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Elite 430 RC-430-KWN1 Black Steel / Plastic Computer Case

with a pheonom !! 555 cpu and a Biostar a880g+ mobo with a hyper212 cooler

I put one fan on top of the case and one on the side, and the other one I replaced the fan on the cpu cooler

when I check the fan speeds they are all running over 1900 rpm and it is just really loud , I was wondering if that is to fast for fans to run , and if there is something wrong with my setup that is making them run that fast.
or should I just get a fan controller to turn them all down, and then that will make the computer run a little quieter

Are these 3-pins or 4-pins? Do they connect to the motherboard, or on a PSU cable?

The Fan controller would be the easiest fix, yes. Did you try speedfan?

They are 3 pin, I have 2 of them plugged to the mother board one is hooked to psu

I havent tried speedfan, Ill give it a try

Them fans arent really case fans, 2000rpm is fast! There meant more for cpu heat sinks.

Grab one of theses or something like it:
