My new PC build is running smooth. The only problem is that my fans are too loud.

Here is my build.

MOBO:ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Ram:CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory Model

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2

Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

GPU: Geforce nVidia GTX 670

Power Supply: 650 watts

How do you know they're too loud? Is there a nob so you can adjust the fan speed?

So sorry, I totally missed your reply.

Your fans are deffinately youtr issue, at 103cfm and 2000rpm is goiung to be god aweful loud.

They are way overkill too. You don't need 206cfm of exhaust. You can wire up a resistor inline to slow them down, but you'd be best off with some better fans that are designed to be quieter and move good air.

I have both Corsair and Noctuas that are quiet and "blowy"

You probably only need 100cfm total exhaust, and low pressure which makes them quieter.

Noctuas are very nice, well-made fans, and they also include a low-noise adapter (which is essentially an inline resistor).
