Default f_panel wires

i was wondering what would happen if you connect the f_panel wires to the mobo incorrectly would it blow the whole pc up or what

like the restart pw, start sw, lights etc?
if thats what you're meaning then no, it just won't turn on. just read the mobo manual and look at the wires, and look how the stuff should go in, and if you haven't taken it appart already, just write down how its connected now.

no. just read you mb manual and it should be straightforward. As a general rule the colored wire is the positive one.

and the white one is the ground wire so that should usually go on the bottom.

or black, black is also most commonly ground.

its usually the one common colored wire on all the wires.
