I have just recently brought a new Seagate 250g HDD with an external HDD enclosure. The issue I am having is that when i plug the usb into my computer to get it going the computer makes the "ding" noise (whenever a usb device has been inserted) and then it does nothing.
I have formatted the disk using NTFS partition. The drive works fine when its inserted into my computer. If anyone has any idea's please yell out.
