Default External HDD for inside usage?

I have a Fujitsu 60gb
Fujitsu 60GB ATA - 6 Hard Drive - CA06531-B22200C1

I was wondering if i can get that to be used inside.
With SATA cables if possible?

That looks like a laptop HDD... as far as I know you won't be able to use a laptop HDD internally in a desktop. Definately not with SATA cables, as that is an ATA interface (IDE), and not Serial-ATA (SATA).

The connector your looking for does exist, and yes you can install it inside... although i am not sure if the sata port will pick the drive properly.
