Hello Everyone, This will be my first post here and I'm looking for alittle help on why my exteranl hard drive can't be accessed on any other computer other than my own laptop?
When it is plugged into any other laptop or computer, that new computer tells me that the drive is bad, and needs to be formated...
But if i were to plug it into my own Gateway laptop it's just fine???
Sorry I don't really have full details on my own laptop right now since i don't have it with me at the moment.. the external is a Western Digital 500gb hard drive, and I haven't had any problems with it til now... so
anyone with help or an idea what might be the problem i'm all ears...
