My daughter computer crashes radomly playing sims 3. over the phone, she told me the last error code after it crashed:

I'm assuming it's the graphics card, here's her system specs:
MB: ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
CPU: AMD Phenom 8600B 2.3GHz Socket AM2+ 95W Triple-Core Processor HD860BWCJ3BGD - OEM
GPU: SAPPHIRE 100296HDMI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
RAM: G.SKILL 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5S-2GBNT (1 card)
PS: OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC ...
I had the computer several days before giving it to her with no problems, it's crashed twice in the game, and restarted the computer, post beeps fine and the computer has no problems untill it crashed again at a random point in the game. Temp is showing 37 so, that shouldn't be a problem.
Can someone tell what that error code means?? Is the card or like I think, something with the game. I know my wife has had the same trouble with the sims 3 crashing lately, I'm thinking it may be a bad update.

Edited to add: I have only one memory module installed, could that be an issue? Should it be two installed??
