Default Error on dell

Just today it started doing this..just maybe 2 weeks ago i was finally able to make this comp work.with winXP...
This was on a Blue Screen Background o.o
i keep getting this..and here's the stuff that was under neath that (that i found important)
Technical Information
***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x10014FD4,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x82666335)
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete

The memory shows up in setup
However, when i moved some around, took one piece out, it beeped, then started up. Same with the other, exept that it beeped severral tiomes and this time failed..but it worked by itself a few minutes later. I have them back in the way they were before.... I did not use other pieces of memory, just the ones i allrdy had.
I also believe its worth mentioniung that pulling the plug (heh power button was taking too long) would cause the monitor to not show up unless i tampered with the card, I.E, pushing it in. But thats typical with my crappy computer.
