Epson 4450 Printer not working on sub accounts

Hi All,,

I've recently re-formatted a friend's pc, her DX4450 Printer works on the main account, but when it comes to her children's sub accounts the printer will not operate.

we were experiencing problems with the main system as was being remotely controlled by a hacker.
