EP45-DSR3 Chipset not showing properly in CPUID PC Wizard 2008

Just curious. All the documentation I have looked at (owner's manual and web site) state that the chipset in the Gigabyte EP-45 motherboards are true P45 chipsets. According to CPUID (makers of CPU-Z) PC Wizard 2008 it is showing it as a P43 chipset. I'm confused? Is PC Wizard wrong or is Gigabyte marketing wrong as a P43 is a P45 that is lacking features.

Maybe the program isn't updated? so it won't recognize it?

Or you didn't install the latest drivers from Gigabyte's site? either way it really doesn't matter as long as it performs fine
