Default Email Data Recovery

Hello.. My parents computer downloaded updates before it shutdown two days ago.. The next morning, I powered on the machine and it kept self rebooting itself in a loop and wouldnt turn on.. I found a program called Hiren's Boot CD and managed to boot Mini Windows XP and got some of the data off the hard drive.. I reformatted the computer and install XP Pro back on it.. The thing is, I forgot to save my Dad's Email Files such as the .PST and his address book with over 100+ contacts... My IT Administrator tried using Ontrack Recovery to Recover the files, but nothing showed up.

Does anyone else have any other idea to recover the email files? Thats the only thing I need is the email settings and address book!

Thanks Much!
