An EAGLE GeForce2mx400

I have an EAGLE GeForce2mx400 64mb sdram.
have it for 2 years now. and it started to become a badgirl
it delivers slliced pictures and and followed by uneven lines and then spots and my computer hangs.
what do you think i should do??
i am trying to flash it's bios but i can't seen to find eagle's web site to download the latest bios.
anyone here generously helping me??
at leat pass me the address.

check that the cooler works properly. it happens when they overheat (although video cards usually overheat because people overclock them)

I'm not an overclocking person, i used to let my card work like their supposed to. so i doubt if it is because of overclocking.
btw, i have checked it. and the fan is working fine.
the board is clean, just little dust, and i have cleaned them.
still the card not working.
just if i have to replace my card, can anyone gime me an idea wich do i choose, nvidia or ati???
all with the budget around 75 dollars US.
