Okay, my current setup is listed in my info except that I replaced the mobo with an Asus P5W DH Deluxe.
So far I've managed to easily OC the machine to 3.2. However, the boot time is ridiculously slow. I don't know how much has to do with the bios options, but I've literally DISABLED almost all the useless features, so I don't think so.
At the moment when I boot up it'll recognize my total memory and then just sit there for a good 15 seconds before it recognizes all my drives. Then, once it gets to the "Windows XP Pro" screen the "load bar" passes through 10 times, about twice as long as my last setup (AMD64 3200). In fact, my OC from 2.4 to 3.2 didn't increase load time at all.
So, any suggestions on what I should look for? What might remedy this?
ALSO:
I took a screenshot of my current OC. I ramped up to my current settings right off the bat and I'm very stable with really low temps (39 system, 35 CPU). I'm fairly new to OCing, but do you think I could continue to push my system further past 3.2?
Should I even bother?
What should I change first, if so?
