I figured out the problem.
I can't overclock if my WD External Hard Disk is plugged into my usb port while the computer is turning on. If it's not plugged in, i can overclock fine.
Why does this happen? Is there any way i can change it so i can have my hard drive plugged in while turning the computer on (while over clocked)?
