Default Dynamic Disk Problem

Dear all,

i have a problem with my dynamic drive as it is not readable in my xp-pro pc after i had transferred it to my pc with xp-home. During the process, I converted the status from dynamic to basic but without formatting. Realising that its not working, i switch it back to dynamic and transferred back to my xp-pro pc.

I can see the disk in explorer but cannot access it as it kept prompting me to format the drive. I didn't format it as i still require the data. After some search, i do realise that xp-home does not support dynamic disk. Believe my hd data is still intact but how should i reinstate it?

The status i saw at disk management is..

layout-simple
type-dynamic
file system-blank(the other hd is showing ntfs)
status-unallocated space

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
