Now, I just bought a new graphics card, the Palit Radeon HD 4850. There are two outputs, both of them DVI. My monitor uses VGA. However, the DVI to VGA dongle that's included does not fit. After careful examination, I am confident that there is a physical flaw. I googled this and it seems I am the only soul on the net to have experienced this issue. What gives?

Sincerely,

If you can take a picture of it that would help a lot. I've had bent pins on my converters as well. If you live in the Toronto area you can come by and grab one. I have about 20 :p.

We tried bending it as well, and it worked, srsly.

We shouldn't have to bend anything that came packaged bent up like that, it weird.

by the way, that was my friend, he just got his new HD 4850 after seeing how mine was running so good.

Thanks anyways though, I'll keep that in mind when i go visit Toronto again hehe
