Default DVI to VGA adapters that came with my video card...?

Hey,
Can you explain why that they sent me two (2) DVI to VGA adapters with my video card (which is an eVGA GeForce 7600 GT CO) and that when I try to plug two VGA screens (with the adapters), it only detects one. If it only support one, why send two adapters?

Errmmm nevermind, it does work, but another question, can I plug both VGA screens trough DVI AND plug my TV trough the S-Vid (well... with a RCA adapter)?
