This morning I have noticed that my DVD Burner no longer showing up under windows.
It is detecting under BIOS. However windows device manager is reporting the following

View attachment 4752

Changed SATA Ports and SATA Cables.
Tried disabling and re-enabling device.
DVDRW is detecting and working outside of windows as I can boot from the DVDRW.

So for nothing is working. I really do not want to re-install windows in order to fix this problem

PC specs are AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4Ghz, 4x 2Gb DDRII, Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P, ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB, 1x 500Gb + 4x 1Tb (1RMAd) , DVDRW, Win 7 Ultx64
Suggestions please.

Fix Error Code 32. Troubleshoot Error Code 32
I recommend you give that a look and see if it will help, and to further help it, I advise you do a deep scan with malwarebytes or any other legit spywware remover to to further the problem.
I would suggest MSSENTIALS, but I don't think it will get to the core problem of the code32 error.
Read this also also and see if it helps with your problem.

Off the top of me head... have you tried uninstalling it in device manager and seeing if Windows picks it back up on reboot? Another possibility would be to update the chipset drivers.
