DVD writer 2nd layer

Ok last i bought a DVD Writer BENQ DW1670, my computer already got one DVD Writer BENQ DW1670, i want it to be my 2nd layer of dvd writer (not sure is it called secondary) i placed the DVD Player in, but when i start my pc their still only apear one cd-drive. How do i install the 2nd one?

using the jumpers on the back of the drives, make the top one the master and the one under it the slave drive.

windows should then detect both of them properly
