Question DVD Problems

Hi! Windows is reading my DVD±R/RW drive as a "Standard CD Drive". When I try and change the drivers in the troubleshoot options it just gives me a list of drivers for CD Drives. It is a Maddog NEC 25-10A DVD±R/RW drive and it was playing and burning DVDs just fine about a week ago but now it wants nothing to do with DVDs. My nVDVD player cannot find a DVD drive, WMP says I need new codecs for every DVD I try to play yet it still reads the size of the DVD inserted. What do you guys think is going on? Thanks, SilverStream

OK. I tried re-flashing it with some supported stuff from Mad dog. It just gave me the error message "Target NEC MD-2510A not found correctly". What does that mean?! I am about to try flashing it in safe mode but I doubt it will work, SilverStream.

*edit* dind't work
