Hey guy!
I'm having a really confusing problem with my HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW CH08LS10 ATA. It's been going absolutely fine for about 2 months now and then the other day I was halfway through watching a DVD and it starting skipping and freezing up!
So I got it out thinking it must've been a problem with the DVD and I cleaned it. Upon putting it back in, it didn't even recognise there was a DVD in there. I then put another DVD in there, which it recognised and opened media player to play it, and then straight away the same thing happened!
It goes fine with CD's and I haven't yet tried Blu ray in it but for some unknown reason it's just decided that it doesn't like DVD's
I can't install games that are DVD disks or anything.
Please help!
