All right, I just built a computer, and whenever I plug the dvd burner into the motherboard, it won't get any power, but when I unplug the IDE cable from it, it gets power just fine. I've tried using a different cable, different CD drive, and unplugging unnecessary things (video card, ram, hard drive, etc.), and same result every time, anyone got any suggestions? Here's what I got:

1 gig stick ECC PC3200 ram (x2)
250 gig SATA hard drive
Geforce 6800 PCI-E 256 MB vid card
500 W power supply
