Check all the burner options in the applications you are using. There are usually some obscure settings which specify some arcane process which may or may not be necessary for the functions you are trying to do.
If you really need more help, get a flickr or photobucket account and post pictures of the settings screen, so that way we can see exactly what's going on. Otherwise we're just guessing here.
