Default DriverCleaner?

I've never used DriverCleaner before. Does it really help when uninstalling and installing new drivers?

I've never bothered with it. I would if I was going from ATI to Nvidia or vice versa or something, but otherwise I just generally install the new drivers. Never had a problem as a result of doing that.
