As I don't know what operating system you are using I have linked you to the drivers page. Just select graphics driver from the first box, Geforce and TNT 2 from the second box and from the third box just select what OS you are using. The very latest driver should be 91.47 (or something similar, I also checked and your card is supported).
Option 1: Just make sure that before you install the new driver, remove the old one first via add and remove programs in the control panel (start/control panel/add and remove programs/look for Nvidia drivers/click remove), then restart your machine and then install the new driver. OR
Option 2: If you want to be totally sure that all traces of the old driver have been removed, use driver cleaner pro. Remove the old driver via add and remove programs (as above) and restart. Download and install DCP and select Nvidia from the cleaning selection box. Click on clean and once it's finsihed restart once more and then install the new driver. http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp http://www.drivercleaner.net/professional.php
