Default DRAM_LED light on

Hello I recently build a custom computer assembled and connected everything. I turned it on and everything seemed fine it went into the BIOS and said something failed please restart (I forget exactly what it said). I restarted it and since then the red DRAM_Led light wont turn off and the monitor wont display anything. I tried the MemOK and this did not fix the problem. If I am correct that means the RAM is installed incorrectly or it isn't compatible? The exact vendor model for ram listed in the asus motherboard was: "G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-2GBNQ and -4GBRL which are both 2GB(2 x 1GB) mine is F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ(2GB x 3) would this make that much of a difference?

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated I've tried everything I don't know what else to do except buy new ram... all info on build and some pics is below to those who are willing to lend some time with my problem.

This is my exact build:

Try each RAM stick on it's own. If that isn't it, try it on a different RAM slot on your motherboard. I found out slot 1 and 3 are bad. I'm waiting for my new board, and then send this one to ASUS for a RMA.

Pull and reseat each individual stick, and try to find out which stick, or slot is bad.

Also, try to reset the BIOS.

Thanks for the help guys. My processor wasn't pushed down all the way I reinstalled it and that fixed the problem of not booting up and recognizing ANY RAM slots. Also one of my RAM slots doesn't work I'm sure but I don't feel like returning it and waiting I don't think I will ever use all 6 slots...

Hope this link helps someone. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Forum- Ram not detected (Troubleshooting)
