do in need to keep re-installing xp?

It seems that I re-install windows xp every 3 weeks this does not seem right to me, i play internet games i have everything installed firewall, anti virus etc, but still no luck, sometime my pc makes different noises, the specs are below thanks Lawrie

sometimes a bad power supply can lead to file corruption and crashing. it happend on my Pentium 3 system before I got a new PSU

Check the connections.
Try adding power.
Reformat then Reinstall....

If symptoms persist, consult the dealer...
