Question Display Scrolling?

For some weird reason my user desktop has become out of proportion to the screen and now I am able to scroll around to what seems like a magnification of the screen just by moving my cursor to the edges. Does anybody know how this happened, how I can fix it and use this feature (or error) again . I like it but it gets annoying at times.

Can you show us a screenshot? Do you mean the frequency?

Sadly my computer needed to be restarted and the whole thing is gone. ****... Well anyways I don't know what you mean by frequency but all I can tell you is that I'm using a pc and this reminds me of magnification like there is on macs. I was using Second Life before this happened also...
