Display Driver Troubles...

Hello All,
I have a leadtek G-Force FX 5200, Winfast A340 T graphics card with A TV Out.
My electricity went out and when It came back My Tv out connection wasent working. During startup its fine, but when windows starts the screen becomes black & White and rolls.
This is a problem I had once before and when I took it into the shop The guy said my drivers had corrupted and he installed new ones.
So this time I went to the Nvidia site myself and downloaded what I thought were the correct drivers for my card and installed them.
It didnt work.
Worse than that, now my display settings are stuck on 800x600 and it wont let me change them and all of my Nvidia settings are gone. Can anybody give me any adivce on fixing things?

Download Driver Cleaner n run it and then reinstall ur drivers
