did i do something wrong?

Well i was just cleaning my other desktop with an air spray. When i was done i put everything back on and it's not turning on now. I only unscrewed the case and the fan/power plug in piece.

the the light on the GPU turns on when i plug the power in though. but computer it self doesn't

Make sure your front panel connectors are plugged in properly, this is most likely the cause of this.

couldn't the front panel case to open :/ i didnt touch it when i cleaned it up
