Diagnostics tools for Brand name server and SCSI hardware

I need to test several systems, Dell and HP. Mainly Poweredge 1650, 2650, 2600 and their SCSI drives, different brand drives.

I downloaded the ISO with the online diagnostics on it but what curious if you guys had any better suggestions for testing the hardware to make sure it all works fine. With the Dell CD it seems to work fine but I noticed on the 1650's it doesn't test for the SCSI drives, I would also like to find a few good hardware testing CD's that I can keep on hand that will test for everything.

There is hitachi drive fitness test software, which checks scsi,ide,sate etc. I have not
used myself. But its free.
