Dell Reformat/Reinstall major problem

I just formatted and reinstalled Windows XP with the "Dell Reinstallation Disc" that comes with the computer when you buy it.
After reinstallation, a lot of stuff had no drivers. Such as: Video controller, so it is stuck on like 640x480 and can not be changed and when I go to Advanced and Adapter there is nothing there. Also Ethernet controller has no drivers so I have no internet on that computer. And a Network controller does not have any drivers. And a PCI Modem. There is an internet cable plugged into the comptuer and it has a PCI wireless Link Sys card with software, but because of the resolution I can not install the driver and programs. Any help or direction of help would be appreciated!

If it came with a driver disc then use that. If not, go get the drivers off of the Dell website and put 'em on a flash drive or burn them to a disc.

That worked, but the only thing left is "Network Controller", I can not find a driver anywhere for that!
