Dell lights

Hi i am currently working on trying to transplant a dell dimension 8300 into a custom case (doing this just cause i can so lets skip the logistics and move on lol) after some customizing of the case i got it in, but now the back system lights show up 2yellow and 2green, dell says that the computer is finding memory but it isn't working, the thing is if i pull all ram i get the same thing and its not supposed to be... any clues?

reseat ram. Check to ensure mb is not grounding on anything by making sure you installed the risers correctly.

i had a riser out of place grounding out in the middle lol
