dell laptop computer

ok so my sistes laptop is totally screwed up... windows just wont start

i tried regualr nothgn
hit f8 and last known config - nothing
hit f8 and safe mode - nothing

what happens is the load screen goes awaya ( with the 4 thigns) and than the screen goes blakc it sounds like it is trying to l;oad.. and than a blue screen comes up (i cant read what it says it goes away too fast) and than it restrats.. wiht my bits amount of knowledge im thinking the hard drive is shot therefore it's covered by our warrant, but if its software it is not.. ne help would be greatly appreicated

yea just did... but now i have two xp's because the disc they gave me (dell) was only if u ahd windows already on yoru comp

you make no snece dude you have 2 partitons oh windows? is that what your trying to say?
