Dell L667r doesnt boot

I have a Dell L667r that won't boot. It turns on but it just stays on the Dell Logo.

It was recieved recently through USPS mail.

It has Windows NT 4.0 on the hard drive if this could affect anything. The hard drive works and is plugged in correctly.

It has 128 MB of RAM and an Intel P3 667 MHz processor.

Anyone know what would cuase it to stay on the Dell Logo and not boot?

Reset the bios. See my sticky. Make sure all drive cables are plugged in securely.

The hard drive works and is plugged in correctly.

dont be too sure about that , from my expirence when the ide connector is connected on the wrong side the bios just freeze and doesnt go any further , if "on the wrong side" is unclear to you then look here http://www.techist.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=97239&pagenumber=2
