Dell Dimension 8300 USB Issues

I am working on my buddy's Dell Dimension 8300 and the only problem is none of the USB drives work. As far as I am aware the computer was completely rebuilt and everything else works smooth as glass.

Any ideas? I'm on standby on Dell Support chat.

You need to reinstall any drivers.

Install Chipset drivers.
