I have a Dell Dimension 4700, When I power this PC up the power LED is green then after a few seconds it turns orange. The fans spin, The standy light on the board comes on and stays on.
after 20 seconds or so it shuts down. The PC never post at all.. No beeps. I have tooken the ram out and still no post. The diagnostic lights on the rear of the PC ABCD (ACD) are green (B) is yellow. Also after it does this I unpower it and power it up again, The power LED flashes between green and orange sometimes doesnt even do that.. The standby light on the board stays lit. Any ideas? I also bought a different power supply with no help. It ran the same..
