I have a dell 2405fpw 24" lcd and a Radeon x1300 Pro 128mb card. I checked to make sure this card was good enough to run the monitor at 1920x1200 (recommended) using DVI and from what I found, it was/is.
Right now I'm running at that resolution with Analog connection because when I set it to that resolution w/ DVI I get the incredibly zoomed in, scrolling screen effect - where you move the mouse to any corner to scroll the screen. It's showing the correct resolution in settings, I have the correct driver installed, but for some reason it won't shrink the screen down to fit the actual screen real estate. Any suggestions? Is this a common symptom of pushing a sub-qualified card to something it doesn't want to do, even though it works fine in analog? I've gone through all the settings and google'd til I can't google no more and no luck.
