Deleted BIOS?

I have a friend that wanted to try to play an old windows 95/98 game on his Windows XP computer so he tried to create a new disk volume to have just ms-dos and no windows xp

apparently it went to like a screen for 20 minutes, so the only thing he could think to do was reset bios, but he literally couldn't find them anywhere.

now his computer won't turn on at all

any suggestions?

Why didn't he just use windows compatibility mode?

when you say, it doesn't turn on you mean?

Power on, but blank screen

or

no power, no noise, no response at all?

I think he means no reponse or power at all

That would be power supply related, even if the BIOS was screwed up, it should still get power. try A different power supply.
