I managed to get my specs from my computer builder and he recommends an
Antec ATX12V Power Supply, 450 Watt or greater. What do you think?

AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+ Dual Core
2GB DDR400 4 x 512MB
ATI Radeon 9200SE 128MB Dual VGA
NEC 16x Dual Layer DVD+/-RW
----
80GB EIDE (Primary Drive)
Windows XP Home
----
80GB SATA II (Audio Drive)
80GB SATA II (Sample Drive)
----
Standard Operation 450

I just gave you two options. Generally speaking you should do fine between 400 and 500 watss with what you are running. If you want to get the ANtec get it. Both power supplies i suggested are under 50 bucks.

Thanks. I just want to make sure I have all the proper connections. Are the plugs on a power supply pretty much standard?
