Default Defragmenting

I have used the option in the hard drive tools but i have always noticed that at about 30% it stops and says its done. And if i press analyze again, it says that it still needs defragment

Is there a agood application (Freeware) that i can use to defrag my drive?

Thanks

Download O&O defrag free trial version. Works like a champ.
