Default button layout

I have a Wireless Desktop Elite Keyboard and most of the F* keys are taken over by other commands. FOr instance when I press F11 i get save this page instead of full screen view. I have tried going into the program the keyboard came with and changing commands but, to no avail. All I want is for the F* keys to have their default function within whatever program I am working with at that particular moment in time.

Un-install it. Keyboard should work without.
