Data recovery from harddrive - urgent

i want to recover data from the following harddrive (of a dead laptop).
FUJITSU 30GB IDE ATA PATA 2.5" LAPTOP HARD DRIVE HDD on eBay, also Hard Drives, Drives HDD CD DVD, Laptop Accessories, Computing (end time 21-Jan-09 18:46:06 GMT)

I also have this new laptop

with this SATA drive
WD Scorpio Blue 250 GB SATA Hard Drives ( WD2500BEVS )

I also have a freecom external drive which is also sata.

And i have a fujitsu siemens desktop pc - pentium 4, 512mb, 74gb

So, what product (ide2sata, ide2usb, enclosures, etc) can i use to recover the data?

Well if you have a desktop which you can plug the dead 30GB in to, then read it from there, you could just copy the files from it. I don't know how difficult that would be to do with only a laptop.
