Default damn power failure got me again

now when I play Minecraft it freezes really bad( buzzing not just a pause)
and background music goes in and out now also

I checked with error check and Samsung magician they show nothing wrong.
also had it do proper shutdown and startup after.

this hard freeze never happened before the power loss
can it be damaged memory module?

To find out run memtest. Old school but effective.

Alternative option, get the free trial of Aida64 and run a full system stress test.
