Well.. this is my second therad to fix my PC... and thankfully (or annoyingly...?) my CPU seems to be fine, because the system won't turn on even without the CPU is in
I've isolated the problem to the dual CPU plugs on my motherboard... Whenever I plug them in, the power goes on for half a second and then turns off... when they are out (even if the CPU is in) it turns on and everything is running (no post, no nothing since the CPU doesn't have power)
... Any suggestions?

so, do you guys think I should just RMA it? I'm still within both the refund and replacement dates for newegg...
