Default Custom mouse settings? (un-click)

Hey all

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to assign a left mouse button UN click as a click? There fore one click of the left mouse button would be a double click. There are no options in my mouse drivers (razer) and i can not find anf into online.

Using 3rd party apps such as hot key applications is an option, however I cannot write custom scripts and would like to stay away from 3rd party apps, just editing the mouse buttons natively in windows.

If there is not, how do i set up a smartkey to do the same function, however one mouse click will equal a double click.

thanks.

I'm at work atm (where for some ungodly reason there are no windows machines) but I'll have a poke around at home, see if I can find a solution.
I know I can definitely write a script which does what you want, but that's using 3rd party software.
