I think I might of figured it out. I ran the mem test for my self this morning and there was an error. Looks like my ram might be dead. I also tried booting with only 1 stick of ram twice to test both sticks and the problem still occurred. I figure I should return them and get them replaced asap and hope that it fixes my problem. I don't really have any other options atm other then waiting to go to a friends house to actually see if his pc boots with my ram sticks installed. My only other comp isn't compatible with any of my pcs hardware, so I can't really test anything on my own.
I also no longer believe that the problem is heat because the AC was blowing right into the pc and the problem still occurred.
