Crashing after playing games. Blue Screen and artifacts

While playing Team Fortress 2, after about 5 minutes the game will crash to a blue screen saying a bunch of letters and numbers and at the bottom "Physical memory dump" that starts counting to 100 very fast and restarting. Also, during the game I will start to see artifacts and I know it's about to crash. I exit the game and still see the artifacts all over my desktop. Not sure what this problem could be. My GPU temperates are normal before and after the crash so it's not a temperature issue.

If it restarts too quickly to notice, do this:

Right click Computer in start menu, properties or System in Control Panel
Click on "Advanced system settings" on the left pane
Click on "Settings..." under "Startup and Recovery"
Under "System Failure", uncheck "Automatically restart"

This will stop the BSOD, after the memory dump, until you physically turn the computer off.
